Pastor Jan travelled all the way from the Philippines in 2021 to follow God's call to be our pastor. He had his pastoral training from Doane Baptist Bible Institute (Iloilo City, Philippines) and Pensacola Theological Seminary (Pensacola, Florida, USA). He also did PhD in Education studies majoring in Curriculum Development from West Visayas State University (Iloilo City, Philippines). Having ministered in Iloilo City and Cebu City as a worship pastor and as a senior pastor, respectively, one of his greatest joys was to be used by God as an instrument in maturing fellow Christians and ushering them to kingdom service. He is passionate in discipleship and expository preaching of the Word which he believes are two essentials in leading generations to know, follow and love Jesus Christ.

 

He is married to Xiu and has 3 children. He loves taking trips with his family, especially to the beach. He likes playing the piano and enjoys discovering the coffee culture of Australia.
